I am a freelance web developer specilzing in WordPress web development. I am lucky enough to live in Levens, in the beautiful Lake District, with my young family. I develop and build WordPress themes, plugins and also troubleshoot and diagnose WordPress configuration errors or performance issues.

Present

I am currently engaged in a number of projects working along side charities, assisting them with their website development on a voluntary. Please view my portfolio for details and more information.
I am a member of people per hour, assisting businesses with their WordPress websites, mainly focusing on troubleshooting problems.

Work Experience

I shadowed the front-end web developer and he talked me through the different stages of web design, design principles and how they create websites. I finished the week by designing a clients WordPress website on their behalf, using the Salient theme builder .

Carrying out such tasks as loading and unloading lorries with a forklift. Also responsible for keeping the factory floor stocked with products and ordering of materials for factory production teams.

I left hospitality so I could concentrate gaining entry into the field of web development. Agency worker – working at different factories and warehouses. Responsible for the loading, unloading and storing of goods.

I worked alongside the head chef, as a supervisor. In a leadership role I was responsible for ordering products for the kitchen and over seeing production in Head chefs absence.
